c-headers installdirectory moving

Hi all,

Just wanted to say that the position of the librep header files is
changing as follows:

rep_config.h:
old: $repcommonexecdir/
new: $includedir/rep/

rep.h rep_lisp.h rep_regexp.h rep_subrs.h rep_gh.h:
old: $includedir/
new: $includedir/rep/

Furthermore Sawfish 1.6.1 will also install header files, so that the
sawfish-pager (and possibly others) can directly include libclient.h &
Co. Will land in $includedir/sawfish/
