[INFO] migrating remaining stuff from SF to TF on weeked

Hi all,

just to let you now: this weekend I'll move all still-in-use content from 
SourceForge to TuxFamily. Basically all themes will be moved. Afterwards the 
SF Project-Pages will be deleted (no more in use for a long time now).

So you may expect dead links while the migration, but I'm placing two more 
reminders (one when starting, one after I've finished).
