[merge request] Many tiny fixes

Hi, please merge my branch. It includes:

* Command 'xterm' bugfix. If you don't set an optional argument from
  the configurator, it did'nt run.
* When cofigurator is run without running Sawfish WM, it prints an
  alert window. (Looks shabby. ;)
* Functions maybe-raise-window and maybe-lower-window are obsolete,
  and now aliases for raise-window* and lower-window*.
* Minor warp fix in x-cycle. 
  Previously, the necessity of a warp is judged by the geometry before
  the raise is done. Now the updated one is used.
* Dropped button9 support. (cleanup) It has been broken.
* Doc
