Hi. 

Matched Windows: I vote on "Window Rules". I once thought of "Window
policy", but it's not policy, but rule. "Window behavior" is good,
too.

Bindings: Analysis by Timo and Jeremy is correct, but how about
"Keyboard & Mouse"?
