[merge request] Matcher item re-grouping, doc on Gnome.

Hi. Please merge my branch. It includes:

* In match-window.jl, new grouping is given for configurator items. 
  Group "State" is removed.
  New items for 1.6, "fullscreen" and "fullscreen-xinerama" are
  combined into "maximize".
* news. GNOME description is finished. The error of the last edit is fixed.

I once suggested a rename "window-name" to "set-window-name",
but I withdraw it.
