Window-cycle goes between two only.

Hi.

I realized that recently window cycling does not work properly.
Only two are interchanged, and others are ignored.

I don't think my personal configuration has relevant changes.
Enabling / disabling tab is irrelevant.

If I remember correctly, Rev 4454 was good (19 Mar 2009 or so).
It seems that no change has happened in related files.

Any hints? Thanks beforehand.
