[IMPORTANT] Proposed Goals for next release - 1.3.6 or 1.5.0?

Hi all,

I made a list of proposed goals for the next release, here:

As you can see it's marked as 1.3.6/1.5.0 - Why? Because if you agree to the goals,
and we manage to implement them, we got enough big changes for a 1.5.0.

If you also got an Idea, feel free to add it to the page :)
