The RPM build fine this way.

I had to make another small change for librep.  Apparently the
directory:

    /usr/lib/pkgconfig

is not created before installing librep.pc in there.  I don't
have a patch for this.  I fixed it in the spec file with a
mkdir -p before the actual install.
