I've used rdesktop to access Windows machines before, and it
didn't really work the way I do.  I can't say I liked it.  I
don't use it often, though...  about 5 minutes every few months
to access a proprietary tool at work.

Thanks for the tip, but Windows is mostly irrelevant to me.  :)
