archive HTTP 403 for July `06

Trying to access any of the following URLs (Seems to be July only) 
results in an HTTP 403.

http://mail.gnome.org/archives/sawfish-list/2006-July/thread.html 

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying 
to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.0.46 (Red 
Hat) Server at mail.gnome.org Port 80"

June works fine.
