Hi.

I'm somewhat new to sawfish.  Anyway, I wanted to share the
tabbed windowing code I'm using.  This was a feature I enjoyed in
pwm, and now I can use it in sawfish too.  :)

It's not exactly finished, polished code, and doesn't implement
everything you might expect from tabs.  But I think it's a good
start, and look forward to patches, suggestions, and comments.
