Hi John,
	fedora-usermgmt is a Fedora Extras thing:

	I was using it because I wanted to make sure we followed all extras'
packaging guidelines.

	But they tell me that its not actually a fully agreed upon guideline:

	so I'm happily changing back to just using shadow-utils now. I'm no fan
of this thing either.
