In the meantime I came up with this:

My use case is internet radio streams not files from my media server. So 
I check for upnp:class being "object.item.audioItem.audioBroadcast". Is 
that a valid upnp test?

Since for those only 'title' and 'organization' seemed relevant tags 
those are the only ones I added.
