  Hello Diaz,

  this is actually requested by UPnP AVTransport specs: 
http://upnp.org/specs/av/UPnP-av-AVTransport-v1-Service.pdf

  On page 17, 'LastEvent' state variable is specified to be the only 
evented variable (thus, only updates about this state variable are sent) 
from AVTransport variables, and its max event rate is 0.2 sec.
