Following email about context filtering in GUPnP, see message
<https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gupnp-list/2013-June/msg00011.html>
What would be the impact on Rygel if the context filtering is done in GUPnP?
The impact should not be important.
The management of the white list in the settings won't be change.
(interface keyword in rygel.conf)
The code that filter out the GUPnP contexts should be removed.
Setup the context filtering using the new API (should be 2 lines):
- Set the while list using the value get from the interface keyword
- Enable the white list
It could be done later. If Rygel doesn't use the new API and doesn't
update it's code, the current behavior still apply: Rygel will do the
filtering.
Do I miss something?
