Samsung workaround question

Hi,

I've applied the non-standard-for-samsung.xml workaround, but can't help
but wonder -- does this mean that all other players will get transcoded
mkv even if they support it? Or does this automagically applies to
Samsung devices only? Or is there a way to specify which device(s) this
workaround should apply to?
