   Here is the tarball I made specially for you:

will only help you with vala and not other updated dependencies so I
suggest you bite the bullet and install a few packages from source
tarballs. BTW cszikszoy is already getting latest rygel with all the
deps in his PPA so it'll be there soon'ish.

  Sorry but I don't see any improvements. Its still in some text
format with packets chopped off. Did you save it the way I asked you
to? If so, please make sure you choose the "libpcap" format in the
save dialog.
