Re: hackfest in Montreal

Hi,

Awesome news indeed. I think March-Apr would be best but end of Feb should be fine too I think. I'm not afraid of the low temperatures. :) I assume the Collabora office has heating systems. :)

Hi,

Thanks for the awesome news!

4 or 5 days including a week-end sounds good (at least for me). Up to 15 people should be more than enough.
And yes, generally we organize a poll to pick the date. Let's first pick a month! Antony said that before March
wasn't a good idea to go to the Quebec because of the very low temperatures.

What do you think people?

Hi everyone,

There has been some interest having the next hackfest in Montreal. I
asked around and Collabora would be happy to host it in our brand new
office [0].

We should be able to seat up to 15 people in our conference room. We can
have a 4 or 5 days hackfest as long as we include a week-end to reduce
the impact on other workers.

So I guess the next steps would be for us (Rust/GNOME community) to
confirm that we are happy going to Montreal next year and pick a date
for the hackfest.
Should we do a poll or something?
