I'm still chasing a venue, will keep you posted I know this is relevant for the people in need to book hotel rooms.

If you need to do costs estimates, try to find hotels rooms around Atocha Station, chances are the venue is around there.

Which reminds me, I should update the wikipage to reflect the costs
and foundation sponsorship needs. Everyone who is applying for
sponsorship should do the same.
