Port g-t to GtkUIManager. The patch is done and just needs to land in
svn.

No to both.

GIT hosting.

Finish GIO port, and make sure every programme accepts non-local files
*everywhere* the user can choose where to input/output a file from/to.

Plus some other plans that will be revealed soon.
