All,

I have an almost complete description of the Kenwood media playlist database at:

https://github.com/chrrrisw/kmel_db

along with a python 3 decoder.

The plan is to write an encoder, to allow creation of these databases from Rhythmbox.

I'm struggling to find how to obtain the 8.3 FAT formatted file and directory names needed by the format. Any help along these lines would be appreciated.
