I don't use nautilus so I just searched for a plugin for you to use. You may want to check this out as an alternative:
Replace context label with "Enqueue to Rhythmbox", the command for an mp3 file with "rhythmbox-client", parameter as "--enqueue".

If i refer to the original link
http://www.giuspen.com/nautilus-pyextensions/ there is no plugin for
Rhythmbox in Nautilus 3 anyway. I've try to install the Audacious
one, but it doesn't work.
How have you done this so ?
