This is using http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gst-plugins-base-libs/html/gst-plugins-base-libs-encoding-profile.html
The profiles are defined in
http://git.gnome.org/browse/rhythmbox/tree/data/rhythmbox.gep
