I don't believe so.
If I understand correctly, coherence used to use the python louie module sometime back, but for instance coherence-0.6.6.2 worked with rhythmbox-0.12.6 without this module.
Maybe, but I'm not making a guess since I only re-telling you what the
python interpreter says. You wouldn't have the traceback if it was
gracefully handled.

Originally, upnp_coherence used plain louie, but then switched to using
its own implementation, which is just a thin layer translating louie API
to twisted API.
