description:
1) create a playlist (in the idevice's Device tab), add track (already
on idevice), allow idevice to sync

2) looks successful in RB; does not propagate to idevice (nothing in
idevice's ipod->playlists)

3) close & relaunch RB, idevice's playlist remains but without track(s)

(normal transfer of media to/from idevice works fine)
