These error windows are all caused by optional plugins failing to load.
For a live CD distriution, it would make sense to by default disable (in
GConf) the plugins which have missing prerequisites to avoid this
problem. No recompilation is needed, just some config changes.

The plugins could still be enabled manually by the user if the required
libraries are installed later.
