According to a quick google itpc is just a uri scheme they use, so that
browsers hand the feeds off to a podcast client (i.e. iTunes).
Without checking, I'd hazard a guess that it's just using normal HTTP
authentication for the password, which we don't currently support -
although it would be nice to know for sure.
If it's using normal http authentication, it shouldn't be too hard to
implement, although I don't think anyone has looked into it before
