Actually, it's not only in the queue, but started happening when I patched it.
You just start playing a song, let it finish (doesn't matter if it's in the queue or not), and when it finishes, another song will start, but the rhythmbox gui will not indicate it (it will look like it has stopped playing). The play order is shuffle+repeat.
Furthermore, I get a lot of these in STDOUT:
(rhythmbox:23367): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: malformed sort data
(rhythmbox:23367): Rhythmbox-CRITICAL **: rb_random_play_order_get_previous: assertion `rb_play_order_player_is_playing (porder)' failed
(rhythmbox:23367): Rhythmbox-CRITICAL **: rb_random_play_order_get_previous: assertion `rb_play_order_player_is_playing (porder)' failed
...
(rhythmbox:23367): Rhythmbox-CRITICAL **:

`rb_play_order_player_is_playing (porder)' failed
(rhythmbox:23367): Rhythmbox-CRITICAL **: rb_random_play_order_get_previous: assertion `rb_play_order_player_is_playing (porder)' failed
Segmentation fault

It's not doing that for me. I was seeing that a while ago, but I
thought I'd fixed it. Which play order are you using
(shuffle/repeat/shuffle+repeat/nothing)? If you're using shuffle, do
you see a message about 'query_model_and_history_contents_match' on
standard out?
Can you describe exactly what you do to cause this behaviour?
What I'm trying is:
- in the library source, select a number of songs
- either use the 'add to queue' context menu item or drag the songs into
the queue source
- hit the play button
The queued songs are then played in order, then the next song in the
normal play order is played.
