Playlists (not the whole library) are saved every 10 seconds when there
are changes to be saved, but there's a bug (#166340) in 0.8.x that means 
it only considers the creation or deletion of a playlist to be a change.

It's easy to work around: just after starting rhythmbox, create a new
playlist and then delete it.
