Is there anything I can do to help debug it some more? This was a bug in either gstreamer or gst-plugins, though I think it's been fixed in the latest release, if not earlier. On my system, I have gstreamer 0.8.8 and gst-plugins 0.8.7, and I can't seem to reproduce the problem anymore.
