[Rhythmbox-devel] Compile problem with xine as metadata reader

I'd like xine as a metadata reader, but it is impossible for me...
the following configure statment gives me..
./configure --enable-ipod --with-player=xine --with-metadata=xine

always this output:

configure: Rhythmbox was configured with the following options:

configure: ** GStreamer metadata is enabled
configure: ** Multimedia keys support is enabled

configure: ** xine player is enabled

I don't want GStreamer as metadatareader... I do have all the required
libraries, cause I had rhythmbox before (ver. 0.8.5) and it worked fine.

I just have updated xine, but it makes no difference... I'd like to
force to use xine as metadata reader. does someone know what line to
edit in the Makefile?
