I think it should be the default because it is the way it works in
Nautilus: if you double-click on a music file in Nautilus, it is
launched (which, for such a file, means played). So, not to break the
"double-click <=> play" metaphor, it should be the default. For me, if
you double-click on a song in RB, and nothing obvious happens, most
users will think something is broken.
