[Rhythmbox-devel] how to get RB to use cvs glib

Building rhythmbox from arch apparently requires CVS. 
However, when I make install glib from cvs into
/usr/local RB still can't find the header file needed
(gi18n.h).  I guess its still looking in /usr/include.

How can I get RB to look at glib in an arbitrary
location.  I would rather be able to install glib cvs
into something like ~/engineering/builds/glib for
cleanliness.  Can't wait to start testing ipod stuff.
