[Rhythmbox-devel] PLAY_COUNT as type in smart playlist

I tried hacking my playlists.xml to be able to use the PLAY_COUNT
variable in one of my smart playlists. And of course it didn't work.

I noticed you were already adding LAST_PLAYED to the smart playlist,
so i figured i'd just drop this one aswell.. see, i'd like to have a
smart playlist where all my songs that have never been played are.
