[Rhythmbox-devel] bonobo interface mostly restored, dbus added

Hi,

I mostly restored the Bonobo interface, although there are still a few
things to fix.  It's readded in a very modular way; it's easy to pass 
--without-bonobo to disable.  That Windows port is one step closer! :)

I also added experimental DBus support.  You can actually use both
Bonobo and DBus simultaneously.

At least this works:

dbus-send --session --type=method_call --dest=org.gnome.Rhythmbox /org/gnome/Rhythmbox/DBusRemote0 org.gnome.Rhythmbox.grabFocus

It's called DBusRemote0 because I think in the longer term we should use
the DBus glib bindings which will probably give very different names for
things.
