Not at the moment. There are a couple programs out there which can look
at filenames and tag the files accordingly. Some people like easytag
for example.

You could create a playlist of these files.

I don't see it as being generally useful, but anyways after the backend
rewrite you will be able to display a "Location" column, which you could
then sort on.
