[Rhythmbox-devel] Smaller sidebar buttons

Hi all,

I've had a go at making the ui for net-rb to match the screenshots in
sisob's "way forward document".  A quite straightforward change is in
the sidebar, reducing the size of the icons and making the labels appear
next to, rather than under them. In Evolution there is a popup through
which the size of the icons can be changed, but I'm not sure whether
this is needed.

I can't get a diff as there appears to be something wrong with the gnome
anonymous CVS server, but here is a screenshot ...
