> toolbar, if you want rip you have a button in cd view.

seek scrolled becoming a progressbar is definetely a bad idea, again
mixing different concepts here. Personally I would think an "Import CD"
menuitem somewhere would be perfect: maybe not as pretty, but totally
clear.
