Updated Mutter dependency: pipewire 0.3

Greetings,

I hereby inform that Mutter >= 3.35.92 [1] will depend on pipewire 0.3.0 [2].

Clients that were built against pipewire 0.2 will continue to work with pipewire 0.3,

and Mutter 3.35.92, as long as they only consume data. Clients that produce data

will simply be ignored.

That means, running any screencasting application based on pipewire 0.2 against

Mutter 3.35.92 and pipewire 0.3 will continue to work.
