GNOME 3.25/3.26 release schedule draft

I've published a draft for the GNOME 3.25/3.26 schedule:

The cycle is one week shorter.
(My naive hope is that an additional week for integration and testing
may allow GNOME Ubuntu folks to ship the latest GNOME version).
