states "It's not needed with modern gtk+" (to be exact, it's deprecated
since GTK+ 3.14), however configure.ac still keeps "GTK_REQUIRED=2.90".
But I guess noone's going to try a brand new libgnomekbd with an
ancient GTK (& not even sure /if/ that'd actually create any issue).
