Was wondering whether to make the cycle one week longer. 
We'd be back with the .0 release at the end of September, plus in week
33 have one more week after core GUADEC, before freezes. GUADEC BoFs
will still take place in week 33 + people might be travelling back.

We also have a GNOME conference in Portland September 19th week.  Not sure if that will affect things.
