UI Freeze Break Request for gnome-software

Hi all,

I'm fixing up the GNOME Software review dialogs to Allans new mockups:

-- this involves adding 7 tiny new strings and moving a button. The
star rating description change I can do today with acks and the review
modification thing I can do on Monday.

Okay to break UI freeze? It just affects the new review dialog and
there are no user docs with screenshots of this stuff. Thanks.
