Hi Michael,

When Epiphany's clear personal data dialog is used to clear saved
passwords, Epiphany deletes only passwords in gnome-keyring saved by
other applications, and never any of the passwords it saved itself. So
it's totally broken and quite destructive; hope you had another copy of
those passwords....

There is a small patch for this in [1] that it would be nice to land.
This has been broken forever so it's no regression if we leave it for
3.18.1, but it'd be nice to get it in.

I also trust you to create a new bug about the now non-removal of HTTP
auth passwords.
