    Use platform-provided FLT_EPSILON

Instead of defining our own constant for the epsilon, let's use the one
provided by the C standard library.

    simd4x4: Use a smaller epsilon

Using nearbyintf() may end up in false positives at small scales, given
    the rounding it performs.

We should use FLT_EPSILON and just check that the value we want to
    verify is near it.
