One idea might be to co-organize a test day together with Fedora,
something like https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2014-08-28_Gnome_3.14
was done for GNOME 3.14.

This would get us free (installable) iso images at the very least, plus
some folks who are happy to help with general non-gnome problems if
any issues come up with the images.
