I retire this petition, talked on IRC with Mathias and this is bad since no translation is yet done and they 
are menu items, which are prominent.

I would like to introduce two string exceptions for Nautilus to fix some bugs for 3.16.
- "_Delete Permanently" in nautilus-view-context-menus for systems that does not support trash. Bug report
