gnome-control-center: Freeze break request for bug 745584

I would like to fix this regression in gnome-control-center's
online-accounts panel:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745584

This should not require changes to any screenshots since it restores
the earlier behaviour.
