On multi-head systems, legacy status icons are visible
even when the tray that holds them is slided out. I tracked
this down to a bug in the hack that makes status icons
usable on wayland, and while the code doesn't become less
of a hack with the patch, the fix itself doesn't make it any worse
    and is pretty straight-forward.
The bug is on the 3.16 blocker list, and we already got several
duplicates since the tray first appeared in 3.15.91, so I think there
Legacy status icons are really bad when it comes to accessibility,
but we can do a bit better than we currently do by trying to figure
out a meaningful accessible name and passing on keyboard
events in case the icon has alternative means to trigger the
     left-click/right-click actions.
The patches are simple enough and will allow some users to use
status icons that were otherwise unable to do so.
Neither of the bugs adds any translatable strings or changes documented behavior/visuals.
Thanks,
Florian
