gnome-weather: bug 737179

Hey Giovanni,

I stumbled across this bug today which breaks the new weekly forecasts
view in gnome-weather:
    https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=737179

It could be related to the new yr.no API. Perhaps the old API did not
return invalid entries?

Anyway, since I saw that you haven't done the 3.14.0 release, yet, I
thought to let you and the release team know. Maybe we can slip it in?
